To Register as a member you must be an active member of the Boca Raton Artists' Guild.
All information on the application must be filled out accurately.
Please enter your email address carefully since a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide.

Please use proper case when filling in the form. DO NOT USE ALL CAPITALS or all lower case. In a Proper Name, the 1st letter is capitalized.
Using improper case will only slow down your approval (The staff will need to retype your application).
Once we have confirmed the accuracy of your application, you will be approved.
