Arleen Barton's whimsical water media paintings have received top prizes in Palm Beach Watercolor Society shows and have been featured in annual Florida Watercolor Society shows. She is an award-winning artist who has received recognition for a wide variety of painting styles in Palm Beach County and Brevard County, Florida. Arleen has been highlighted in galleries in Brevard and Palm Beach Counties and Nantucket, Massachusetts. Her work is currently displayed in the Boca Raton Museum Guild Gallery.
Arleen has a love of color, life, nature and music that comes through in the vitality of her paintings. She is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts with concentrations in art and psychology. Her work has been accepted in many juried exhibitions and she has won numerous awards and ribbons. Arleen's paintings are held in private collections in numerous states.
Arleen is an exhibiting member of the Professional Art Guild at the Boca Raton Museum of Art, Florida Watercolor Society, Delray Art League and the Palm Beach Watercolor Society.
