If you would like to be represented in the Guild’s Website please read the following requirements.
You may display up to 15 images on your portfolio page.
The thumbnail images are 5 across and 3 down. (15 is a full page)
When someone clicks on the thumbnail an enlarged version is displayed full screen.
Navigation is done either with the arrow keys on the keyboard or by clicking the mouse on the edges of the image.
Clicking on the right edge of the image goes to the next image and the left edge goes back 1 image.
Clicking in the center of the image takes you back to the page of thumbnails.

Requirements to have a Portfolio Page made like this:

1. Only Artists’ Guild Members in good standing are eligible for this opportunity.
2. Send me 15 images. You may email them or burn them to a CD. (mailing address below) The images may be in any format but a JPEG is preferred. I need images that are at least 640 pixels on the longest side and a minimum of 72 ppi. Example: 480 x 640. If they are larger, that’s OK. If they are smaller, the images will look pixilated and out of focus.
3. Include for each image a Title, Medium, and Size. This info is entered on the Upload Form.
4. Write up a short biography or artist’s statement. You may use Word, WordPerfect, WordPad, Notepad, or any word processor. I will create a PDF from it and post the PDF.
5. Send a check to Flo Roghaar. The check amount should be $50 for the 1st year and made out to the Boca Raton Museum of Art.

Renewals (year 2,3,4, etc..) are $15 per calendar year.  (please indicate on your check that payment is for a web portfolio)
Please note - The portfolio fee is per calendar year (Jan 1 - Dec 31) and is not prorated.
